Returns is a scheme provided by meatcircle directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement or refund is offered for the customer.
- We only accepts the return request if the product we delivered is in the same condition and it shouldn't be cleaned in water.
- Customer has to provide the proper information for Meatcircle and have to send the images of the product if required.
- If there is any damage or product is not upto the mark, then the customer has to raise a return request within 2 hrs of delivery.
- Customer has to raise a request within 4 days, if the product is not delievered and if their is any issue with the order.
Cancellations can be approved only when it meets the following conditions & We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:
- In the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us.
- Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking.
- Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery.
- Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order.
- Cancellations can be accepted within 2 hrs of the order.
- Cancellation cannot be accepted if the partner has been assigned for your order and the money cannot be refunded.
